Homeowner exchanges over 30 rounds with invader

A homeowner in Georgia was awakened to someone breaking in the front door. As he approached the door with pistol in hand, it was kicked in by the assailant. Before the homeowner could react, the assailant fired at him. The homeowner returned fire, and even changed magazines in the process. It ended with the assailant laying in the street in critical condition.

Concealed Carry Holder Saves The Day In Diner

A drunk man stepped into a crowded diner in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. In his drunken state, he thought one of the waiters was "eye balling" him. He became agitated and pulled a knife and threatened them. That is where a concealed carry holder produced his firearm and told the man he had a gun and to put the knife down.

The man yelled a few obscenities, and then decided to flee. Right into the arms of the policemen that had just pulled up into the parking lot.

"...in this situation the good guy had a gun and helped diffuse the situation." said a waitress, Dayna Rucker.

If only the gun grabbers could get that into their stupid little brains.

And elderly 71 year old man in Columbus, Ohio successfully defended his home. One shot. One dead bag guy. The homeowner reported to 911 that someone tried to kick in his front door. When the door flew open, he fired one round and dropped the guy in his tracks.

Excellent!

I was talking to a gentleman from Australia that told me of how the AU's laws are radically different from ours when it comes to defending yourself or your home from a break in. He told me how a guy broke into his house, so he hit the guy with golf club and tied him up. He then waited almost an hour or the police to show up. When they did, he reports that they were both taken to jail, and he was charged with assault. He was told by the judge that if someone breaks into your home, you must try to exit the home and call the police from a neighbor's house.

Granted this is all him telling me what happened. But in doing a Google search on the subject seems to confirm his claims.

Thankfully this 71 year old man does not live in a place where he is not allowed to protect himself.

Shotgun Turns Tables On Would Be Burglers

Two guys broke into the home of a North Carolina resident. Their choice to become criminals turned one of them into a murderer and the other into a corpse. The homeowner heard a window break in the basement. He did two things. First he called the cops. Second, he grabbed his shotgun and went to the doorway of his bedroom to become a last line of defense for his wife, who waited on the phone with 911.

Shortly afterwards, both bad guys kicked in a hallway door, and started towards Mr. Fox and the bedroom. The homeowner let loose with one shotgun blast and struck the first one in the chest.

He died.

The second one took off running and the cops are looking for him. Under North Carolina law, because his partner died in the commission of a crime, -HE- will be charged with murder when he is caught.

There are many states that have similar laws, but I think it is brilliant. You make the choice to do evil things, and somebody dies in the process - your accomplice, or the victim, or anyone at all - No matter who actually does the killing, and YOU will be charged with murder.

A young man decided to buy his widowed mother a handgun as he was concerned for living alone. A week later, she shoots and kills a bad guy breaking into her home. Proving that guns are the greatest gift of all. In this case, it was partnered with the gift of life.

OKC Man Shoots Bat Wielding Intruder

A man in Edmond Oklahoma, a fairly nice part of the Oklahoma City area, opened the door to a man he knew from a while back. That is when the assailant took a swing at the home owner with a baseball bat. The homeowner was struck in the hand and retreated to the kitchen. The assailant gave pursuit. It ended badly for the bad guy, as the good guy had a gun in the kitchen. The bad guy was shot in the face, neck, and hand. He took off, gravely wounded.

Police apprehended him a short while later as the bad guy, seeking help, went to his girlfriend's house. She called the cops in a panic.

Pharmacist Saves Entire Store

The below video comes out of Virginia. It is surveillance video from a small pharmacy. A man walks in with a mask and his hands in his pocket. The owner jokes that maybe he is here to rob us. That is when all hell breaks loose. The short of it is that he lived, all of the patrons loved, but the bad guy died.

In Brazil, Indiana, a meth head higher than a kite and "looking for a ride to Indianapolis", tried to car jack three cars in order to do so. The first two were locked. The last car had the passenger window down about 4 inches. When Chad Carter reached in to unlock the door, the passenger, a concealed carry holder, pointed a pistol at him and told him to stop or he would shoot.

Chad ran, but the authorities were able to locate him minutes later hanging out in a hotel lobby not far away.

"I was high and just looking for a ride to Indianapolis," he told them...
