Currently there are 5 states that allow concealed carry without a permit. Arizona, Alaska, Vermont, Arkansas, and Wyoming. Idaho looks to join that list. The current bill would allow any legal owner to concealed carry without restrictions, other than schools, campuses, some federal and government properties.
